Schoolwide Rewards

As a school, we offer opportunities for your child to be recognized and possibly earn a reward. Some incentives we have, in addition to their classroom rewards, are: 

• Student of the Month: Each month, teachers select one student from their class who has demonstrated notable growth in academics or behavior, shown the featured character or ethics trait, and/or been a kind and supportive friend to others.
   
• Growth Mindset Award: Each month, teachers select 1-2 students from their class who who show a growth mindset of perservering through difficult work and viewing challenges as opportunities to grow. 
   
• Bulldog Book Club: Students that read a book complete the Bulldog Book Club form and drop it into the book club box. At the Awards Assembly, students are selected from the box to choose a book donated by our PTA. 
   
• Positive Paws: Students earn these tickets for showing the behaviors indicated on our school matrix. Students turn them in to their teacher and may receive a prize at the weekly and monthly drawings.
